Election of officers; meetings of Board.

(a) The Board shall elect a chairman and a vice-chairman who shall hold office according to rules adopted by the Board. (b) The Board shall hold at least two regular meetings each year as provided by rules adopted by the Board. The Board may hold additional meetings upon the call of the chairman or any two Board members. A majority of the Board membership shall constitute a quorum. (1991, c. 668, s. 1; 2001-342, s. 2.)
