(a) A credit union may participate in loans to credit union members jointly with other credit unions, corporations, or financial organizations. (b) A credit union may participate in guaranteed loan programs of the federal and State government. (c) A credit union may purchase the conditional sales contracts, notes and similar instruments of its members. (1975, c. 538, s. 1.)
