Trial procedure in the district court is in accordance with the provisions of Subchapter XII, Trial in Superior Court, except for provisions: (1) Relating to jury trial. (2) Requiring recordation of proceedings unless they specify their applicability to the district court. (3) That specify their applicability to superior court. (1977, c. 711, s. 1.)
