Children and families specialty plan operation.

An area authority is authorized to operate the CAF specialty plan under a contract with the Department. For purposes of operating the CAF specialty plan only, all of the following apply: (1) The area authority shall have a statewide catchment area. (2) Counties are prohibited from withdrawing from or declining to participate in the statewide catchment area of the CAF specialty plan. (2023-134, s. 9E.22(o).)
