(a) All reports filed under this Chapter shall be open to public inspection upon filing. (b) The Secretary of State shall coordinate with the State Board of elections to create a searchable Web-based database of reports filed under this Chapter and reports filed under Subchapter VIII of Chapter 163 of the General Statutes.
