The State Board of Education shall grant a CPL to a teacher licensed in another state with substantially similar licensure requirements who has at least three years of teaching experience and is in good standing with the other state. (2017-189, s. 3(c); 2019-71, s. 2.2; 2023-134, s. 7.74(a).)
