Home and community-based services component.

The home and community-based services component is thirty-five million five hundred thousand dollars ($35,500,000) for each quarter of the 2023-2024 State fiscal year. For each subsequent State fiscal year, the home and community-based services component shall be increased over the prior year's quarterly amount by the Medicare Economic Index.
