Supervision of referendum on milk product assessment.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, any milk product assessment referendum conducted pursuant to this Article shall be conducted under the supervision of the County Extension Chairman in each county in which the referendum is held. (1981, c. 216, s. 3; 2023-63, s. 5.4(c).)
