   As used in this Article: (1) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. (2) "Department" means the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. (3) Repealed by Session Laws 2024-32, s. 2(b), effective July 3, 2024.
